Really can't find fault with this hotel for this price and seriously the problems other reviews mentioned here they can easily solve it by paying 5 star hotel prices and stay and 5 star hotel.This is my 4th stay here and the beddings definitely one of the best for mid range hotels cleanliness wise housekeeping doing a great job staffs are friendly also especially a shout out to the security wearing a cap(sorry I don't know his name)he is always helpful attentive and greeting guests he really deserve a compliment.Some advice to the hotel though is some things are a bit worn out but you really have to look hard to notice it anyway keep up the good work centra azure see you again!

Stayed in the Centara azure for 9 nights. Clean and welcoming hotel with large rooms. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Location is excellent if you want to stay near the busy night life only a short walk. The road side rooms are noisy because of the bikes going back and forth. People in the corridors are noisy and the slamming of doors did keep me awake some nights. I would definitely stay again but maybe a poolside room next time.

If you want to use the gym on your stay in pattaya best find another hotel or ask if gym Air-conditioning is fixed. Airconditioning has not been working for many days now though it is fitted out with equipment for basic needs. The hotel is in a good location close to all with a large swimming pool.

Walls are paper thin, you hear everything at all hours, people coming and going, doors opening and closing, people were smoking in rooms and the smell lingered in hallways. Was not really impressed with this hotel stay.

Not what you'd expect from a 4 star Centara property

I wouldn't consider this a 4 star hotel by any standard, and definitely not a family friendly one. The hotel is lit up in neon blue lights with black interiors so you can imagine the type of hotel. If that wasn't enough, then the condom boxes placed as part of the in-room amenities (tea, coffee, etc) is a clearer indication of the type of hotel. I get that it's in Pattaya and all, but as a Centara property you'd expect a certain standard. Also don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool with water slides because there aren't in use.
